When you email, put the app name in the subject line and tell us your device and what happened. Screenshots help.
App support
EmoDays
EmoDays has no accounts. Your calendar, notes, moods and settings live on your device and in your own private iCloud, so most things can be handled right in the app.
Forgot your Notes passcode
Tap "Forgot passcode?" to reset it with your device's own passcode or biometrics. Resetting never deletes your notes. We can't recover the passcode for you, because only a hash of it is stored on your device.
Manage or cancel Premium
EmoDays Premium is billed through your Apple ID. Manage or cancel it in your Apple ID account settings, at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple handles all refunds.
Hide from the check-in map
Switch to Ghost mode in Event Check In or Settings. Your pin is removed from the map right away.
Music and AI settings
Disconnect a music service in Settings > Music. Clear your AI Assistant conversations in Settings > AI Assistant > Clear Chat History.
Report or block someone
You can report or block a user from the map at any time. If you see an immediate safety threat, contact local emergency services first.

Email us about your project, who it is for, and your timeline. If you are a customer of one of our clients, contact that business directly about your data.

Copyright notices
Email info@apkventuresllc.com with the subject "Copyright Notice." Identify the work, the infringing material, and your contact details.
